These are postcards of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's mausoleum which my Grandfather must have visited. The last Emperor of the Manchu dynasty abdicated in 1912 in favor of Sun Yat-sen's new republic. The mausoleum is located at Nanking and was completed in 1929, so it had only been recently built at the time these shots were taken.
